(private or public).
It can make a person feel threatened, exploited, coerced, humiliated, upset, sexualised or
discriminated against.
Cyberharassment is often accomplished by a “storm of abuse”. Harassers terrorize victims by
threatening violence

laws in 2005, reported data breaches have grown dramatically.
